"Toyonaka Ueno Heights" is a 17-minute walk northeast of "Toyonaka" Station on the Hankyu Takarazuka Line. The road from Toyonaka Station on the Hankyu Takarazuka Line is almost flat. A 5-minute walk (approximately 400m) bus stop provides access to the Tokyu Station on the Hankyu Takarazuka Line, as well as Momoyamadai Station on the Kita Osaka Express Line. The surrounding area is a residential area designated as a first-class low-rise residential area and a second-class middle-high-rise residential area along Route 43 Toyonaka Kameoka Line. In addition to housing, there are shops and offices along the road. Elementary and junior high schools, supermarkets and parks are within a 10-minute walk. If you go north on Prefectural Road No. 43 Toyonaka Kameoka Line, you will be connected to the Central Loop Line, which is convenient for traveling by car. The building is partially tiled.
