Manager and some residences can speak English, they are doing international business in Asia and U.S.A. Also those room can use as an office.

・People are very friendly.
・Many residents has own activities, you can join those events.
・You can use seminar room by free!
・Seminar room has big screen, you may watch movie.（you can do some workshop too.）
・We have 3 sharing bike too. (If you bought bike, you can park by free!)

We require to registration fee ¥55000 in the first time. It is contain clean up fee and insurances. When you leave this room, you don't need to pay anything also no refund.

Also ¥15000/per month is contain Electric, water bill and Wifi fee is included.

Inside the room include private mini kitchen, shower and toilet. Also refrigerator, bed, desk and air-conditioner is prepared already.
