Building Description

Built in the year 2000, this house is decorated with high standard, brand new furniture by a local designer. The location is carefully chosen by the owner himself, with the intention of helping you live the most convenient and highest quality of life: the house itself is surrounded by a peaceful and quiet neighborhood and you are able to visit parks, supermarkets, train stations as well as many amazing restaurants within 10 minutes of walking. A coin laundry is located about 1 minute from the house. Other than this, there is even a Japanese-styled Onsen available 3 minutes walking distance away!

The house has three floors with five private rooms in total. The fastest speed wifi and best quality air conditioning is provided all around the house. A janitor will come into the house once a week to clean the public area. Rooms are separated from others with soundproof walls, so there’s no need to worry about noise. Each room is about 6-7 m² and equipped with the best furniture which are all new and have never been used by anyone before, you do not need to bring any of your own furniture.

On the first floor, there is a small garden, mailboxes, a shoe cabinet, a toilet, a kitchen and 2 private rooms. On the second floor, there are two private rooms and another toilet which includes a shower, however, unfortunately there is no bathtub because of hygiene issues. Again, Japanese-styled Onsen shops are available 3 minutes walk away from the house. Next, the third floor is where the last private room is located. This room is a traditional Japanese style room with a tatami floor. But since it is the top floor, it also means that the room gets a lot of sunlight all year round and can tend to be warmer, although there is also an air conditioner in it. The room can get a little hot in summertime, but that also means it will be less cold during winter. So if you prefer warmer weather and you would like to stay cozy during winter, this is the perfect room for you!

Foreigners from overseas and native Japanese citizens are both welcomed, as the common language in this house will be English and Japanese. No extra money will be charged if you do not speak Japanese. Please understand that we need to schedule a brief interview before sign leasing contract with you because our top priority is to ensure a convenient and comfortable living environment for all residents. We’re charging a 2-month-deposit in addition for the same reason. The utility fee is split between the 5 residents.


2 years contract is required. However, there is a flexibility: you can leave anytime without losing any deposit on the condition that you find another eligible* person to live in this house when you leave. (*: a person who is accepted with an interview before sign leasing contract. )
